In order to keep your Local and/or Toll Free Numbers to
be renewed automatically. Please fax the completed
Credit
Card Authorization Form to us.
Letter of Agency - Transfer
Request Form
Cepap Toll Free service is completely compatible with
customers who already have a Toll Free Number. Once your
Toll Free Number is switched over to us you will enjoy
all the account features we offer to our customers, plus
the familiarity of your existing Toll Free Number. The
majority of Toll Free numbers can be moved to another
provider, such as Cepap Toll Free Number. This simply
means that the Toll Free Number is yours to transfer from
your existing Toll Free provider to us.
To transfer a Toll Free Number to Cepap, simply fax the
completed RESP ORG Transfer Request Form to
us and we will take care of the process for
you.
We will process your request as quickly as possible.
Transferring a number can take two to five business days
depending on how quickly your current provider releases
the number. Your service should not be interrupted during
this process.

your company {Customer} agree to the
Cepap Terms and Conditions of Service. To view the
